Orders over $45 qualify for Free Ground Shipping within the US. (Excluded outside the Continental United States, P.O Box or APO/FPO/DPO and International orders.)

Shipping Method

Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. 

Domestic Shipping

Most customers enjoy free shipping* on domestic orders over $45. We also offer other shipping choices for expedited delivery. 

Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, American Samoa, US Virgin Islands, Mariana Islands, and Puerto Rico.

We offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, American Samoa, US Virgin Islands, Mariana Islands, and Puerto Rico. The shipping rate is based on the destination, weight and dimensions of the package(s), and shipping method. Your shipping cost and delivery time frame will be displayed at the checkout page before you submit your order.

International(South America, Canada) Shipping

OKPOP is proud to offer International (South America, Canada) shipping!

Shipping rates will vary based on your desired service level (International Standard or International Express), item type and quantity, total weight of your order, and the destination’s postal code. Additional charges related to shipping, duties and tax are available at checkout for review before you complete your purchase.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

OKPOP is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
