Returns

All sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.

TO RETURN AN ITEM:

If you would like to return any item that you purchased from BTS TinyTan for a refund or exchange and the item that you would like to return meets the criteria set forth in this return policy, please email us at jhope@btstinytan.com through Contact us within 30 days of the order date. 

In your email, please reference your order number, the item you are returning, and describe the reason for the return. 

• Returns take approximately 5 business days to process upon receipt of the item. 
• if an item is not available for exchange, we will refund the full purchase price.
•  Returns will be refunded the original purchase amount of the item via the mode of payment used in the original purchase.
•  For all credit card refunds, please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear.
